  • For KYC-verified accounts, withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes.

  • In Live Casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
  • For Sports Betting, the odds at the time a bet is confirmed will apply, regardless of any subsequent changes.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Bengal Beat. Any violation will result in immediate account suspension and all balances may be forfeited.

  • Transacting via a third-party payment method.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

Bengal Beat reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account for the following reasons.

  • Violating the terms or engaging in prohibited activities.
  • Registering with incorrect or false information.
  • If KYC verification is not completed.
  • Extended periods of inactivity (over 12 months).
  • Accounts can be closed at the user's own request.

You will have the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance before your account is closed, unless the balance is subject to forfeiture due to a terms violation.
